We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Designer with a background in digital and print design to join our team. As a Marketing Designer, You will collaborate with different teams across the company and work closely with our marketing team to create compelling graphics and visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement. You will be responsible for creating visuals that will be used across all of Healthee's marketing channels, including social media, landing pages, and cross-platform marketing materials.
What you'll do

  • Develop and expand our brand identity and guidelines, including typography, illustration, photography & motion language.
  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, one pagers, events and conferences, print collateral, and more.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Lead our website design, from architecture information & navigation to designing new pages.
  • Continually improve our marketing materials by staying informed about design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure that multiple projects are completed on time and to a high standard while meeting deadlines.


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in brand and marketing design
  • Academic background in visual communication
  • Proven experience as a marketing designer or a similar role, and a portfolio showcasing your creative work. (please attach a link to the online portfolio)
  • Advanced proficiency in visual design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Slides template creation experience and handling.
  • Illustration and motion design skills are an advantage.
  • Exceptional skills in UI design, typography, layout, and creating a compelling visual narrative.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
  • The ability to adapt, change gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Track project status and work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Fluent or native-level English
  • Experience in B2B marketing design - preferred
  • Experience in either HealthTech / InsurTech / HrTech - a big plus
  • The role is a Hybrid position 3 times a week from our Tel Aviv office.
  • The role requires some availability to collaborate with stakeholders located across EST time zone to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
