The Senior Product Implementation Manager is a core member of the Delivery Team and is responsible for the successful implementation of our solutions for our customers. They oversee program definition, implementation, and configuration; and are directly accountable for delivering quality outcomes. This role demands a strategic thinker who can analyze systems at a comprehensive level, has a keen eye for detail, and can balance the technical capabilities of a product with the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a track record of effectively organizing and managing complex programs, showing proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and scope.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Operate as the key technical liaison to the customer
  • Define and own end-to-end program configuration requirements, balancing program implementation design decisions across technical, business and customer needs 
  • Identify and actively manage system-level technical dependencies and technical risk required to deliver a program
  • Actively monitor product quality relative to program requirements and manage technical incidents through to completion 
  • Develop and manage comprehensive customer training around operations of our configured platform
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project tasks, identifying resource requirements, and managing budgets to ensure successful project implementation
  • Drive and contribute to processes, infrastructure, and documentation geared towards ensuring that learnings are applied across the organization 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Demonstrated leadership traits with experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with various counterparts, including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience translating and implementing requirements from technical and non-technical areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company solutions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and make informed tradeoffs in technical decisions that have business, customer, product, or program impact
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Snowflake, StreamSets; Apache Spark; AWS products such as S3, EMR, Kinesis), data integration methods (e.g. sFTP, APIs), and analytics tools (e.g. R, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks)
  • Previous experience working in software products, preferably in the Health Tech space
