Salary Range: 120,000 - 150,000 OTE
Role Summary:As a Senior Product Manager at Kargo, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-impact ad formats, enabling advertisers to reach customers across high-quality publishers on various screens and distribution channels. Our unique proprietary ad formats are at the forefront of our business, and in this role, you will directly shape the future of our ad products. You will lead the development of next-generation display media driving the performance of our digital advertising.
What You'll Do:
- Execute a strategic roadmap for ad products aligned with Kargo's business objectives and market trends.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical capabilities.
- Write briefs and documents to drive the technical design of Kargo ad formats.
- Prioritize and manage projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering and contribute to product development cycles, including sprint preparation and backlog management.
- Work with product marketing on go-to-market strategy and post-launch success of products.
- Analyze data to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for product optimization.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure product success, regularly monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to adoption and iteration.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in product management.
- Exhibited proficiency in designing and delivering ad experiences.
- Very strong understanding of the ad tech industry and proficiency in programmatic advertising concepts.
- Technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Experience with writing user stories, product briefs, and requirements.
- Great eye for design and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating value and impact in the industry.
