Dev Technology Group is looking to onboard a Senior ServiceNow Application developer with the ability to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM component
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team;
- Working on an agile team implementing core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change
- Supporting the implementation of the CMDB
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
- Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
- Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
- Perform testing
- Supporting the assessment of current state service desk processes and mapping them (gap analysis) to the ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOB) ITSM processes.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3 or more years of development experience using the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM component
- Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
- In depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow Platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
- ServiceNow Systems Administration certification strongly preferred
- ServiceNow Implementer certification preferred
Our estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000*, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role.
