As our Solutions Architect, you will…

Lead the charge as the operational and Workfront technology expert in our customer engagements. If you bring a wealth of experience and expertise across enterprise marketing technology solutions, data, and integrations with other platforms, we want you on our team! Your technical leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on experience will be the driving force guiding our cross-functional project teams through the exciting stages of Workfront consulting engagements—from definition to deployment and value realization. Your role isn't just about projects; it's about ensuring the success of our customers. Become a trusted advisor to senior partners at organizations embarking on cross-channel digital marketing and experience initiatives. Be Accountable and Responsible:

  • Craft visionary technology solutions for prospects and clients, bringing Workfront innovations to the forefront
  • Dive into pre-sales scoping and discovery, actively contributing to the strategic planning that sets the stage for success
  • Champion and lead the technical solution delivery team through integration, automation, and solution architecture, following the cutting-edge MERGE methodology and showcasing your prowess in project management
  • Take charge of guiding new Workfront implementations, evaluating existing setups, managing Workfront environments, and providing impactful training sessions
  • Collaborate with Client Service to unearth growth opportunities, ensuring we are not just meeting but exceeding deliverables for enhanced client satisfaction
  • Cultivate and develop continuous opportunities within our existing client base, creating a pathway for sustained business growth
  • Infuse creativity into our selling materials, taking the lead in crafting compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that captivate and win
  • Contribute thought leadership content marketing
    • Approximately 6 pieces per year (blogs, podcasts, webinars, etc.)
    • Copywriting and design support provided
  • Collaborate with editorial lead and Adobe Workfront marketing to define brand content calendar and co-brand opportunities
  • Forge lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing formal and informal support, and becoming a trusted partner in their success journey as well as your cross-functional business partners
  • Support the development of organizational design and team responsibilities to inspire a culture of "Ability, Agility, and Humility”

These are the qualifications we’re looking for:

  • 7 to 10 years of Workfront consulting experience, bringing hands-on mastery in process and organizational transformation
  • 7 to 10 years of ownership in managing enterprise Workfront project management software solutions, and revel in the excitement of utilizing platforms like SharePoint, Basecamp, Trello, Salesforce, JIRA, Wrike, and Workamajig as an added bonus
  • Experience with marketing technology, preferably resource management, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, planning, and budgeting
  • Take it up a notch with additional experience in Aprimo, PowerBI, Allocadia, Seismic, and Tableau, earning you extra points
  • Show off your skills in leading multi-platform Adobe solutions, and if you've got certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud tools, that's an added advantage
  • Consultancy background with significant experience in leading CRM and data-driven customer marketing programs
  • As a commercial and pre-sales expert, your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be the driving force in our success
  • Be the resilient, decisive, and hardworking individual who thrives on mapping out complex solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead the way in the full project lifecycle—from Business Analysis and Functional Specification to System Configuration, Design, and Testing. Your expertise in leading requirements-gathering workshops and facilitating meetings will set the tone for success
  • Workfront and Fusion certifications are a plus
  • If you've got experience in delivering medium to large-scale digital transformations with integrated business planning, you're exactly who we're looking for
