As a Senior Graphic Designer at Cloudera, you will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling design solutions. Working closely with the Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts that resonate with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented designer to showcase their skills and make a meaningful contribution to our brand

As the Senior Graphic Designer you will:

  • Work closely with the Associate Creative Director, to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that align with the company's brand vision.
  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Take ownership of the design process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • 10-20% Travel may be required (Domestic & International)

We're excited about you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a B2B tech company or agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise across various mediums, including digital and print.
  • Experienced in brainstorming innovative B2B concepts and effectively presenting ideas to leadership.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.

You may also have:

  • Master's degree preferred.
