Ridgeline is seeking a seasoned HR Program Manager to join our team. This strategic role is designed for an experienced HR professional who excels in designing, leading, and implementing comprehensive HR programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

Role Overview

As a Staff Level HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing a range of HR programs, including talent management, engagement survey strategy, and leadership development. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies are seamlessly integrated into overall business plans. Your expertise in program management and your ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative HR programs that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. Programs include performance reviews, promotion processes, compensation cycles, Manager 360’s, engagement surveys, succession planning, career growth, talent reviews, etc. 
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to assess needs, develop effective solutions, and execute on the program with business leaders.
  • Proactively solicit external benchmarking to ensure we are exhibiting best in class practices in our programs.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance the effectiveness of our programs and the efficiency of the organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of HR initiatives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on HR strategy and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a program management or leadership role within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing scaling HR programs.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive change and reach agreement among diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.

Compensation and Benefits 

[For New York and California Based Only]

This is an exempt full-time position. The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000 - $157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
