Talent Development Manager
🚀 About the Role
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that translates business goals across QM into development programs and tools that optimize performance and career development in the organization. This role focuses on design, development and curation of an innovative portfolio of development experience that help team members upskill and re-skill to drive their performance and career goals as well as Happy People, Diverse and Inclusive Culture across QM. The Talent Development Manager will be a trusted advisor and partner for leaders and team members throughout the organization as it pertains to employee and organizational development.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Develop talent development strategyÂ
- Build internal communications strategyÂ
- In partnership with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders, identify individual and organizational development needs for team members and people leaders in alignment with their business goals
- Utilize a consulting approach that includes discovery, developing and agreeing on the services to solve organizational challenges, delivery and evaluation
- Support and manage efforts in company-wide organizational development initiative, not limited to: change management, leadership development and coaching, group effectiveness, employee engagement, training facilitation, etc.Â
- Implement career development programsÂ
- Manage internal communications channels
- Design and deliver professional development programs from scratchÂ
- Program manage development programs and processesÂ
- Design and deliver development offerings, including individual and cohort-based learning experiences
- Implement an analytical approach to understand development needs and create development experiences that are rooted in business priorities
- Mentor leaders on career coaching practices
- Select and manage resources, both internal and externalÂ
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members across levels and departments
- Engage business leaders as active participants and sponsors to drive learning adoption

- Demonstrated, end-to-end talent program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance and monitoring to project close
- Demonstrated consultative approach: excellent influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly with audiences across departments and levels
- Strong experience (10+ years of corporate talent development in a corporate context) running global development projects: from design and facilitation to effectiveness evaluation
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a complex and fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Strong business acumenÂ
- Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty and constantly evolving business landscape
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Design and/or ATD/CIPD/coaching certified professional
- Travel: Estimated 5% to deliver training
- Compensation: $110,000 - 140,000
