Job Summary

Team Overview:

The Digital Marketing Experience Group of Comcast Business is transforming how new and existing Small, Medium, Mid-Market, and Enterprise business prospects and customers establish and grow a long-lasting relationship with Comcast.

The Comcast Business Experience Design (XD) team collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, Content, Brand, Communications, and Development counterparts to define and design the end digital product, with a stellar customer experience at the forefront of every decision.

Position Description:

As a User Experience Designer on the Campaigns & Merchandising UX team, you're responsible for the design and delivery of website campaigns and merchandising throughout ComcastBusiness.com.

You'll have a stellar customer experience at the forefront of every decision and will design digital experiences that meet both customer and business objectives. Delivery will range across pixel-perfect campaign designs, landing pages in support of marketing tactics, conceptual UI designs, animation and detailed user flows.

In this role, you're expected to collaborate with team Creative Directors to deliver designs for web and mobile spaces. In addition, partner with content, sales, marketing and brand to ensure alignment with other omnichannel sales tactics.

Your experience will showcase outstanding user experience and intuitive design deliverables that focus on eCommerce sales & merchandising with an eye for lead gen and sales conversion. A portfolio is required and should contain recent digital sales and marketing experience, including evidence of the work process established to achieve the end goals. Recent B2B merchandising experience is a plus.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

    • Assist with highly accurate visual designs, user flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes and detailed design specifications for digital marketing campaigns and experiences across the eCommerce website.
    • Experience with creating and maintaining Global Design Systems, communicating with development partners to ensure proper implementation of rules and design tokens.
    • Design CMS components that abide by established patterns and interaction conventions for web, mobile and other digital delivery platforms.
    • Champion and use the principles of accessible design to create meaningful and inclusive digital designs.
    • Support UX Research partners with design work for usability and/or A/B test studies and surveys.
    • Advocate for consistency, clarity, and ease of use for our customers.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 - 4 years user experience and/or interaction design experience developing digital interfaces that focus on sales and marketing driven results.
    • Work on multiple projects at once, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and showing the agility needed to deliver on time and to standard.
    • Ability to distill and organize large amounts of complex information into simple, usable application designs.
    • Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools as well as industry standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Possess strong technical acumen and an ability to understand new technologies.
    • Familiarity with fundamentals of web and mobile OS.
    • Familiarity with designing for CMS and component-based systems, as well as design delivery to content-management and development teams that support build-out of those systems.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
    • Skilled in designing applications that achieve both user and business objectives.
    • Awareness of industry and competitor best practices.
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Education Level

    - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

    Field of Study

    - Graphic Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, HCI, Information Sciences, Technology

    Years Experience

    - Generally requires 2-4 years related experience
