Requires 5+ years of experience in OTC, strong analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and accounting software is a must.

Provide support to AS Leadership and BYonder Care team in HR initiatives. Handle associate inquiries and assist with HR processes. Maintain associate files and assist in audits and reporting. Collaborate on initiatives to enhance work relationships and engagement. Bachelor's degree in HR Management preferred.

Drive adherence to budget and forecast, provide financial analysis, lead financial planning & analysis, conduct variance analysis, develop revenue forecasting models, analyze capacity planning, collaborate cross-functionally, prepare reports and presentations, identify process improvements, conduct ad hoc analysis.
