The Systems Architect will lead the design and development of an enterprise-wide strategy for scalability, integration, disaster recovery, and business continuity. This person will play a pivotal role in expanding our CRM by enabling data-driven insights to enhance the guest experience. Day to day, this role will interface with our internal customers to build solutions, report critical needs and feature requests to the development team, assist in training end users, and manage the userbase. Duties will also include building reports, as needed, and administering database content to assure data hygiene. Secondary aspects of this role include assisting in light development of the UI and working closely with the backend development team to deliver a feature rich application for the company.

The Software Engineer will work as a part of a larger team to design and develop custom software solutions for B2B partners. Responsibilities include collaborating with peers, researching new technologies, writing test plans, and maintaining test-driven development practices. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills in Java and Spring Framework.

The Network Engineer is responsible for design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting of the enterprise network infrastructure. They ensure the successful operation of the company's network infrastructure and provide leadership and support for incident management and change control.
