Bonus experience includes various Salesforce integrations, Business Intelligence integrations, healthcare experience, SaaS & startup experience, and additional Salesforce certifications.

Manage an enterprise book of business from an operational perspective, grow customer relationships, increase retention, deliver world-class customer service, and collaborate with Expansion Regional Sales Directors to define and reach success through journey mapping and account meetings.
