As the Head of Vehicle Testing at REGENT, you will lead the testing program for prototype seagliders from on-water operations to full flight, ensuring design validation and performance evaluation. Responsibilities include managing testing personnel, equipment, facilities, and integration of telemetry systems.

Manage strategic sourcing and procurement of new parts to support the production of seagliders. Own relationships with supply chain partners, manage sourcing strategies, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

As an Electric Propulsion Engineer at REGENT, you will primarily support integration and testing of major propulsion system elements. Responsibilities include developing test setups, working with vendors, and supporting the design, analysis, and fabrication of peripheral propulsion system components. Required qualifications include a passion for aerospace, 7+ years of experience, proficiency in MATLAB and Python, and experience with energy storage systems and high power electronics.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will work with our flight software, GNC, and Avionics team to develop embedded code and drivers for our flight control computers and controllers.

Develop and implement control law algorithms for seagliders. Validate and verify control systems using simulations and live-flight testing. Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines. Assist in prototype development, testing, and certification.

Oversee all aspects of accounting, ensuring GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and transparent financial reporting. Lead audit process, drive internal controls, and implement best practices to mitigate risk. Manage day-to-day financial operations, technology improvements, AP management, cost control, compliance, and regulation adherence.

As a Hardware Integration Engineer at REGENT, you will work on integrating, testing, and maintaining the embedded systems that control our seagliders. You will play an integral role in getting our first-generation seaglider in the air.
