Perform monthly/quarterly account analysis, prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and manage relationships with portfolio companies and joint venture partners. Responsible for ensuring financial accounts reflect the company's position in accordance with GAAP. This role is based in Chicago, IL with a hybrid work schedule.

The Associate, Valuations and Portfolio Reporting will provide analytical support and performance reporting for Blackstone, Revantage, and the portfolio companies' senior management. Responsibilities include supporting valuation reviews, portfolio analytics, performance reporting processes, and creation and management of asset valuation models. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field, a minimum of 3-4 years of real estate valuation or underwriting experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Argus E software.

The RNA ESG Data Associate will be responsible for supporting the collection, management, and reporting of real estate ESG data for Blackstone's North American Real Estate portfolio companies. This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure accurate ESG data is available for internal and external reporting purposes.
