Hired as an account management supervisor, Kim advanced to become Basis’ first-ever vice president of client learning and enablement. By leveraging company programs and advocating for outside resources, Kim developed essential skills ranging from editing tutorial videos to delivering compelling presentations. As Kim expanded Basis’ certification program for the adtech industry, she battled a tricky case of imposter syndrome, but her manager compassionately quieted those hesitations by reminding Kim of her years successfully managing a client version of the program.
