Diversified coding of clinic encounters using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding conventions. Validate documentation to support codes on claims. Maintain understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and disease processes. Requires high school diploma and training in ICD-10 and CPT coding conventions.

Responsible for planning and executing employer wellness programming, coordinating Wellness Committee infrastructure, and monitoring population outcomes. Implements corporate goal setting, develops population-relevant programming, and offers incentives. Adheres to administrative policies, demonstrates CARES behaviors, maintains confidentiality, and stays updated on wellness trends. Requires Bachelor's Degree, worksite wellness experience, and certifications. Must have strong planning, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate events and work flexible hours.
