Provide assistance with the credit and collections process at Epic. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining data, bills, and invoices, coordinating invoicing, reviewing billing instructions, resolving billing errors, and enhancing billing processes. Requires 3+ years of billing/accounting/finance experience, proficiency in MS Office and advanced excel skills, experience working in an ERP system, and strong communication and analytical skills.
