The Application Support Analyst, Customer Integrations provides Tier II support for the IT Operations team, managing and resolving support tickets for internal and external customers. They work closely with stakeholders to review support processes and identify enhancements for supported systems.

Responsible for managing garment fit and specifications, interpreting designers' vision, conducting fit sessions, creating tech packs, and communicating with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Requires Bachelor's Degree in design or merchandising and 1-3 years of experience in Technical Design in the apparel industry.

The Traceability Analyst supports the execution of sustainability initiatives at SanMar by collecting and managing supply chain data, administering material chain of custody programs, and providing project support on relevant initiatives. Responsibilities also include developing traceability-related policies and SOPs.
