The Talent Management Specialist will support all event planning, onsite support, and data management for the Executive Development Team. Responsibilities include venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, onsite coordination, marketing of programs, guest management, post-event evaluation, and data management.

Serve as the primary liaison between the local market and designated suppliers, develop strategic direction for supplier priorities, create marketing programs, evaluate sales and marketing of brands, and oversee local marketing and brand planning funds.

The Customer Development Manager provides Insight & Analytic support to our retail customers, and will assist in identifying opportunities and making recommendations that deliver category and customer growth.
