The Virtual Platform Administrator will manage and maintain complex software systems, perform application software implementations and upgrades, ensure high availability and security, troubleshoot system problems, and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Telecom/Collaboration architecture. Develop requirements to address infrastructure deficiencies. Project management, installation, and configuration of new devices. Provide input on short/long-term strategies and budget planning. Must have at least 5 years of IT experience with networking and Cisco Video Tele-Conferencing projects.

The VTC Lead will work on developing requirements of a product/project, coordinating with stakeholders, providing guidance to VTC admins, and performing VTC administrator duties. Requires 5 years of progressive IT experience with a focus on networking and Cisco Video Tele-Conferencing.

Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order and ensures technical solutions are implemented in a timely manner. Requires Project Management certification, 5 years of relevant experience, and 5 years of leadership experience in IT or consulting fields.
