Summary:

Summary: The Program Management Office (PMO) is seeking a candidate to join as a Senior Project Manager. This individual is responsible for delivering sophisticated projects on time and within scope. As the project lead, they will work with cross-functional teams and Executive Leadership to devise, initiate, implement, and supervise project plans using agreed resources. The Project Manager takes the lead role in the complete lifecycle of projects, including approval, planning, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time, and is accountable for the overall success or failure of the project.

This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1-2 days per week at our Conshohocken, PA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position. #LinkedIn-Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the PMO framework and processes to facilitate the creation, communication, and ongoing management of the project plan.
  • Manage all assigned projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of overall project ownership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including third-party vendors and other resources via regular project meetings.
  • Ensure project teams are following Agile methodology and project management standard processes.
  • Establish and implement communication plans.
  • Identify, assess, advance, and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
  • Lead and handle large, sophisticated, enterprise-wide Agile projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead changes in scope and understand the implications of them, communicate to the cross-functional teams, and escalate where needed.
  • Lead customer expectations and relationships.
  • Supports project teams in leading the execution, progress, and risks, and communicates progress against project goals.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs, especially as it relates to data-related program management.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or proven experience.
  • 3 plus years experience in a project manager role, technical project management experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of agile project management.
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Agile certification (e.g., CSM) preferred.
  • Experience working with a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • A confirmed ability to influence others without formal authority, cultivate positive relationships throughout the organization, and efficiently coordinate assets from multiple areas.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding the team accountable for performance.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and OnePlan.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Flexible with the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge and application of standard processes in project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

The base salary range for this position is between $111,690.00 to $136,820.25 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
