About This Opportunity:


An opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing learning technology companies on the market - in a position that will be key to our growth in North America.


You will be building out a new function (with five existing representatives) that is key to our growth moving forward specifically on customer growth through cross-sell and expanding our customer base of over 3000 logos worldwide.


Your successful track record within a high growth technology business, alongside your experience effectively managing a team will ensure your success in delivering targets, and your achievements will be highly visible to our senior leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of highly adaptable, energized and productive Account development representatives, capable of consistently delivering a high volume of quality sales opportunities for our Sales teams (in particular, Account Managers)
  • Maintain a consistent level of proactive, outbound activity; achieve or exceed team’s monthly, quarterly and annual goals 
  • Coach and mentor the team, paying close attention to the finer details to ensure continuous development of individuals
  • Ensure collaboration with Enablement and Sales leadership in developing the ADRs’ career within the team or cross-team
  • Own the “land and expand” strategy in collaboration with cross functional teams like Account Management & Customer success and ensure is executed end to end

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of executing “land and expand” strategy in SaaS industries
  • Previous experience leading and/or building Sales development teams, coaching and mentoring 
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
  • Proven experience in defining, measuring, interpreting and presenting performance goals 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and other Sales Development softwares
