About the Team

We are looking for a founding member of the Commercial Solutions Engineering team at Miro. The team’s mission is to be customer-facing technical leaders who represent the Miro brand by articulating business value and applying thought and practical leadership to drive solution wins for our customers. 

About the Role

In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to be the first Solutions Engineer for the Commercial segment. The ideal candidate will have experience and an interest in managing the business ecosystem for Mid Market customers, experience handling complex accounts, and technical/domain knowledge. You will accelerate new logo and expansion sales cycles and serve as a Miro product expert. You will serve as an important link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering parts of the company and will be a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams in shaping how our customers use the product and how our product evolves with the customers’ needs.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer’s current challenges, requirements, and business objectives
  • Create a process and strategy on how to best support a large number of reps with a prioritization model and rituals to scale your impact 
  • Act as a technical product advisor to our Commercial/Mid Market customers to discover and unlock expansion opportunities
  • Present weekly demo webinars and create reusable assets (videos, talk tracks, best practices) to ensure efficiency and continuously improve customer experience
  • Lead Proof of Concepts where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements
  • Answer customer questions about technical topics (integrations, single-sign-on/SSO, data governance, and platform) 
  • Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Miro’s product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams


What you’ll need

  • 3+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role, 1+ years in pre-sales solutions engineering or solutions consulting
  • Experience with identity providers (Active Directory, Azure, Okta) and enterprise security solutions (SAML/SSO, DLP, SIEM)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs/Web SDK
  • Strong background in value selling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an interest in delivering compelling presentations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conveying technical and business knowledge to executives and technical stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to continuously improve and seek feedback
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to a constantly evolving product
  • Nice to have — knowledge or experience working with Miro or other SaaS enterprise collaboration, content management tools, or agile/scrum methodologies
