We are looking to hire a Business Operations Associate to support our EMEA team. This is a fully remote opportunity and can sit in any of our EMEA entities including: the UK&I or Spain.

The Opportunity

We’re searching for a driven individual who can help us refine and ensure compliance with internal processes and controls, with an emphasis on contracts management and auditing. The business operations associate should feel comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to solve problems,  and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who is passionate about technology and eager to kick-start their career in a startup environment.

This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative setting, where your contributions will directly impact the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing and contract management.
  • Perform routine audits on a variety of sales agreements and support the Sales teams with understanding bookings rules and contracting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, product and customer success to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes, proposing and implementing solutions for improvement.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in updating tools such as AWS’s APN portal to provide for lead updating, account provisioning and consolidation support.
  • Maintain and update vendor and partner systems, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Workspace and other productivity applications and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and analytics.
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS’s APN and associated systems
  • Experience in reviewing and auditing customer and vendor contracts
