We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with a platform mindset and experience in building and running SaaS (CRM) solutions at scale. In this role, you will lead the technology platform and solutions that drive Intuit wide Sales outcomes. You will lead Intuit with a tech led innovation powered through AI/GenAI to reimagine the Sales process to accelerate growth for Mass-market and Mid-market sales motions. You will also partner closely with Sales business, Sales operations, Sales product management, Finance and external partners, to lead the strategy for accelerating sales outcomes building and evolving the Sales capabilities and leveraging internal and external capabilities. The ideal candidate's experience encompasses strong technical architecture and/or software development, building at scale PaaS and SaaS solutions, business acumen and expertise in developing product strategy, and outstanding organizational leadership in building high performing teams. This leader will have an ability to leverage prior success building and rearchitecting products and platforms that run at scale.

Responsibilities

• Will lead the technical strategy and drive teams in delivering and growing successful SaaS solutions and services
• Ability to be scrappy, experiment and learn while driving target state technical architecture for durable platform capabilities to serve millions of customers
• The role requires influencing teams across Intuit by championing for Sales agents and experts to drive growth through the platform and ecosystem transformation
• Partner closely with multi-disciplinary teams across Sales Business & Ops, Product Management, Design, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver customer outcomes

• Contribute to company wide initiatives on the engineering and talent development
• Actively raise the operational excellence standards of the services and products to be secure, available, scalable, resilient, and performant. Inspire team innovation and deliver quality at speed across product offerings and platform services
• Successfully deliver results through diligent planning, attention to detail, effective delegation, efficient decision making, and individual/team accountability
