ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Revenue Marketing Director, your primary focus will be on developing and leading global multi-channel digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on digital advertising, paid search, paid social, email nurturing, and web initiatives. You'll orchestrate customer-centric lifecycle campaigns that seamlessly integrate across marketing, sales, and customer success functions, driving awareness, pipeline and revenue growth for Salesloft’s Revenue Orchestration Platform. Additionally, you'll foster cross-functional collaboration, lead a high-performing team of revenue marketers, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Relevant Experience: With over 10 years of experience in digital and lifecycle campaign marketing, you've successfully generated global demand for B2B SaaS solutions. Your expertise spans various paid digital channels, including Google Adwords, Google Display Network, LinkedIn Ads, ABM Platforms (e.g., 6Sense), and owned digital channels such as email, virtual events, and website chat (Drift).  You’ve also had demonstrable success in developing and implementing strategic, personalized, and data-driven campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads, fueling the growth of pipeline and revenue.

Data-Driven Mindset: You have a knack for data interpretation and reporting, leveraging insights to optimize digital efforts and drive results. Your ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions is crucial for collaborating effectively across Salesloft.

Team Leadership: You have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams to success. Your greatest achievement is coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential, both professionally and personally.

Analytical & Collaborative: You thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging diverse resources to find answers and solutions. You excel at building strong relationships across teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Process & System Orientation: You possess advanced knowledge of marketing program management systems, processes, and reporting tools. Your familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and account-based platforms like 6sense is essential for building a scalable revenue generation engine.

Innovation & Optimization: You're driven by a desire to continuously improve and innovate, leveraging data analytics and market insights to refine strategies, tactics, and processes. Your experimentation mindset and willingness to test new approaches and technologies are critical for driving revenue growth.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation and immerse yourself in our company culture. Initiate 1:1 meetings with your manager and direct reports to align on goals and objectives.Begin assessing strategies and programs within our digital channels and lifecycle campaigns. Establish foundational relationships within the marketing organization and across GTM teams.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Thoroughly assess our digital and lifecycle campaigns and develop a strong POV for optimizations and improvements. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for enhancing digital marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns.Implement initial optimizations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback to drive measurable results.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Execute on the roadmap developed for enhancing digital marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns, driving significant improvements in key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.Lead initiatives to optimize marketing spend allocation, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI across paid digital channels and lifecycle campaigns. Continue to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Revenue Marketing team, empowering team members to contribute their best work and grow professionally. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue growth and business objectives.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

Drive substantial revenue growth through the successful execution of digital marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns, exceeding targets and contributing to the company's overall success.Lead the evolution of Revenue Marketing at Salesloft, introducing new initiatives and best practices to further optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Cultivate a high-performance culture within the Revenue Marketing team, celebrating achievements and fostering an environment of learning and growth. Position Salesloft as a leader in the B2B SaaS software space through innovative marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives, solidifying our reputation as a go-to solution for revenue orchestration.Develop a roadmap for future growth and expansion, leveraging insights from data analysis and market research to guide strategic decision-making and ensure Salesloft remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
