Lead the charge as a member of our SmartInfrastructure Project Management Team:

As a SkillBridge Intern in our ProjectManagement career track, you will coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneousBuilding Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Integrated Securityprojects of various complexities in commercial buildings. You will alsostrategically manage fiscal responsibility for all project facets, includingproject billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction. OurProject Management SkillBridge Interns will be trained to provideexpertise and knowledge throughout the New Construction (Solutions) or ExistingConstruction (Service) project lifecycle at customer sites.

As a DoD SkillBridge Project Manager Intern you will: • Review andunderstand project contract, specifications, drawings, and project-specificdocuments to establish project intent. • Develop andmaintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team.Identify time-sensitive installation needs. • Manage therequisition of supplies and materials to complete projects. • Reviewplans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews. • AssistOperations Manager in the solicitation and contracting of subcontractors. • Conduct anorientation for project technicians and provide all necessary projectdocumentation, including scope of work, drawings, applicable specifications,application-engineered drawings, project contacts, etc. • Trackresources and project progress. • Documentproject events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency. • Pursueproject-specific change-order opportunities. • Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing, and coordinatewith the Accounting team and Operations Manager.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: • U.S.Military experience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, CoastGuard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves) • High schooldiploma or state-recognized GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degreepreferred • Knowledgeof Building Automation Controls, Fire/Life Safety or Security systems, businessoperations, and job financial reports preferred • Forpositions related to Fire/Life Safety: knowledge of NFPA codes and ability toobtain certification in NICET II is preferred but notrequired • PMP Certificationpreferred but not required • Ability toread/interpret electrical circuit diagrams is a plus • MicrosoftOffice and Microsoft Project experience preferred • Qualifiedapplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States • Must be 21years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
