Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like SOLID principles, TDD, code reviews…)
• Maintain team coding processes and standards to produce quality, clean, efficient code with an eye toward maintainability, interoperability and performance
• Work with the team on project planning and delivery
• Mentor developers of all skill levels on software development best practices
• Help identify areas of technical debt as well as help define a technical roadmap to incrementally address them
• Bring forward ideas to innovate and work with the team to transform ideas to reality.
• Promote team accountability and autonomy

 Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Extensive experience working across the full stack – database, backend and front end
• Strong modern client-side Javascript skills
• Strong knowledge of software design, software architecture, and programming best practices
• Proficient with .Net Framework and .Net Core
• Strong OO skills and extensive programming experience in C#.
• Proficient with building single page applications (SPA) using React.
• Proficient with building RESTful web services using Web API
• Proficient with database design and SQL
• Proficient with Entity Framework and Linq
• Proficient in the use of Visual Studio, source control and continuous integration and deployment tools in DevOps
• Strong experience with agile development methodologies and unit testing
