Key Responsibilities:

This role involves crafting presentations and other marketing content forexecutives and other team members to use in internal and externalcommunications with engineering and IT personas. The role will create materialsat varying levels of technical detail, from executive strategic content toproduct specific marketing content. Theresponsibilities may include:

  • Developing visually appealingand impactful presentations using software like PowerPoint.
  • Crafting compelling narrativesthat effectively convey strategy and value propositions to variousstakeholders, including customers, employees, etc.
  • Collaborating with executives,product teams, and other key stakeholders to understand key messages,objectives, and audience.
  • Researching and gatheringrelevant data, statistics, and visuals to support the presentation content.
  • Ensuring consistency inmessaging and branding across all presentation materials.
  • Managing multiple projectssimultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain the library ofcommonly used and strategic content.
  • Providing guidance onpresentation best practices and communication strategies to executives andother team members.

Qualifications:

  • Experience effectively communicating the value of technology, such as AI, Cloud, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years experience creating visually appealing messaging content with tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with senior executives, especially in the engineering and software development fields preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with the Siemens DI SW Portfolio, product lifecycle management, or discrete product development and manufacturing topics a plus.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • This role will travel 5-10%

The salary range for this position is $145,700 to$262,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
