A Global Operations Manager to support the operations of regional offices. This role will ensure that the regional office is aligned and productive by resourcefully driving initiatives that maximize the impactful execution of Axxess' goals globally while driving growth, supporting layered leadership, strategic alignment and fostering operational efficiency and excellence.

What you will do...

• Collaborate with leaders globally to drive global alignment and continuous improvement of operational strategies
• Contribute subject matter proficiency and industry insights to accelerate company priorities, operational excellence, and global alignment
• Develop and enhance tools and processes to deliver scalable performance metrics for monitoring and/or reporting purposes
• Foster our culture of innovative thinking and proactiveness in bringing new ideas and solutions to realize Axxess' mission and vision
• Serve as a strategic partner who supports ongoing communication and training to drive engagement and alignment globally
• Enforce our sell, sell, sell, layered leadership, alignment and managing cost (SLAM) strategy
• Oversee daily operations to support the business
• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required; master's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience advancing sustainability goals across multiple regions.
• Experience working with a global organization that has a footprint in the Philippines region is a plus.
• Ability to identify mutually beneficial and lucrative business opportunities for both the business and client(s)
• Adept knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
• Established proficiency to solve problems and anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to work onsite
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pay attention to details, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Desire and capability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones
• Ability to interact confidently and proficiently with stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborator, positive attitude
