Inside Channel Account Manager (Mid-Atlantic)
Summary
The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) is responsible for prospecting and developing business with key decision-makers and driving the sales process from prospect to close. The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) will also be responsible for possessing detailed knowledge of the complete portfolio of Brivo solutions as well as systems and components supported through integration. The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) will also be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with Brivo’s partner community, ultimately ensuring customer and partner satisfaction. *This remote position is based in the Mid-Atlantic US region (NJ, DE, PA, MD, DC, or VA).
Responsibilities
- Prospect, recruit, onboard, and cultivate new partners in the assigned territory while growing revenue and wallet share with the existing reseller partner base
- Identify key end-user opportunities for direct engagement, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and channel pull-through
- Respond to customer requests for information promptly
- Provide an accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast
- Build an understanding of the Brivo security platform, including supported devices and integrations and effectively demonstrate the capabilities to prospects
- Effectively communicate Brivo’s value proposition and key competitive points of differentiation for reseller partners and end users
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets
- Work in tandem with Field and Vertical Sales Teams to drive world-class customer satisfaction and exceed sales quotas
- Demonstrate Brivo hardware and user interface for security consultants, system integrators, end-users, and other interested parties
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective partner business plans, campaigns, and programs
- Provide system sales training for system integrators and educate prospects on the complete Brivo product portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the security or technology and/or SaaS industries
- Experience with SaaS sales, consultative/solutions sales, IT and/or cyber security
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm in a professional manner
- Present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well-organized way
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed a quota
- Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC), Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), and other business tools

The position's responsibilities will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility.
