Manager, NA Pricing – Denver, Colorado

This role will be part of North America Regional Pricing team. In this role, you will work closely with NA Sales, Corridor Development, and Retail Marketing organizations, drive development and go-to-market of North America near- and long-term retail pricing strategies.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis to assess pricing elasticities and identify pricing opportunities, transform findings into actionable pricing recommendations
  • Create pricing scenario and forecast models to guide revenue management decisions
  • Optimize existing pricing applying location segmentation and market/competitive intelligence tools
  • Design, test and deploy new pricing and fee/fx/commission packaging offering frameworks
  • Lead test vs control performance management discipline to measure and track pricing KPIs to ensure continuous success of price programs
  • Communicate key pricing insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders, and manage NA pricing programs
  • Partner with Central Pricing to support companywide strategic pricing initiatives

Role Requirements 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing across payment/money transfer industries
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in developing and using pricing models or similar financial/analytic models, understanding of payments pricing strategies used in retail channel.
  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts used in pricing modeling and forecasting, proficient in Excel, PBI, SQL, Python, R, etc., experience with test vs control methodology is a plus
  • Experience leading a complex global initiatives and pricing with proven ROI improvements
  • Strategic thought leadership – a big-picture view while executing functional requirements
  • Strong communication skills and highly effective in cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrating the ability to collaborate with people from different functional areas to achieve a desired outcome

Salary 

The salary range is $93,750.00 - $156,250.00 per year, total on-target earnings include short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
