Job Description

Join our Revenue Operations department as a Sales Enablement Manager in Atlanta, GA to make a real impact every day. Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you will join an established revenue operations team as a strategic contributor to ensure department success. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement content, including sales playbooks, case studies, product collateral, and training materials, ensuring alignment with the sales process and buyer journey
  • Design and implement training programs, workshops, and resources to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to effectively sell, including product knowledge, objection handling, and sales methodologies
  • Analyze and optimize the sales process, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance sales productivity and performance
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations teammates to establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000

- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus

Qualifications for this role:

  • 5+ years in a high-performance sales organization, focusing on sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content and tools
  • Experience with content and learning management systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment
