About the role

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team's effectiveness and efficiency by learning and assisting with Salesforce CRM configuration, data management, and sales reporting. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you’ll do as a Sales Operations Intern

Salesforce CRM Configuration

  • Learn and assist in configuring Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of the sales team and business requirements.
  • Help customize Salesforce fields, layouts, workflow rules, process automation, and other configurations to optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and IT teams to implement changes and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  • Assist in the creation of a Salesforce user manual for Crunchtime.

Data Management 

  • Support data integrity efforts by cleaning, importing, and deduplicating data within Salesforce CRM.
  • Learn and apply best practices for data management, including data validation, normalization, and enrichment.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining data quality reports and dashboards to monitor data health and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Reporting

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard and ad hoc sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce reporting tools.
  • Learn to analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership for improved decision-making specific to SaaS sales.

Sales Enablement 

  • Learn about sales enablement strategies and tools to support the sales team's effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, training materials, and resources for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • Basic Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets knowledge.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Interest in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
