Koddi is looking for an Account Manager to join its growing client services team. Koddi is committed to recognizing and rewarding high performing team members and creating an environment where they can drive strong results for our clients and partners. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of a team that serves as the epicenter for client activity, applying the right mix of products, solutions, and services to maximize client success. You will be responsible for expanding existing relationships, ensuring the client's goals are met.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Grow an existing set of clients, and deliver against their stated goals and objectives
  • Function as an evangelist with our enterprise clients, driving more adoption
  • Coordinate with other functions at Koddi to ensure client programs are successful and needs are met
  • Analyze program performance and client needs to optimize delivery of services and solutions
  • Serve as an internal voice of the client, gathering and documenting business needs
  • Identify and advocate for product and service changes that contribute to both the client's and Koddi’s success at-large

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of professional experience working with clients.
  • Success in contribution to the growth of client’s bottom lines a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results.
  • Digital media experience highly desired
  • Experience with statistical analysis a plus
  • Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and develop new services and solutions
  • Ability to identify the business needs driving client requests and translate requests into a compelling product or service offering
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
  • Crazy solid organizational skills - this role will need to be able to juggle several different tasks
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • A desire to be a part of the fast-paced, high energy entrepreneurial experience
