About the Team 

The Commercial Strategy & Operations (Revenue Operations) team supports the President and his entire go-to-market team, including sales, account management, client success, marketing, channel partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and consultants), enablement, and provider networks. The team is small but growing. You'll ensure these functions are set up for success, while also laying the foundation for future growth. 

Your Mission

As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will drive EDH’s commercial strategy and report to the VP of Commercial Strategy and Operations. You are the first hire onto this brand new team. Your work will directly drive EDH’s GTM strategy – where we invest, why, and how to design an organization to achieve that – and have regular touchpoints with the CEO, President, chief revenue officer, chief client officer, chief marketing officer, and other members of the management team. You will help to size the revenue opportunity; segment the market; design sales territories to maximize revenue productivity; forecast revenue using qualitative and quantitative methods; and run analysis to provide the executive team with critical insights to achieve short and long term growth objectives. We are a small team and we wear many hats, so you will lean in where the business needs. Ultimately, through your work, you will directly impact the success and scale of EDH’s business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the business and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that shape the GTM strategy and improve execution; present to the Executive and Commercial Leadership Teams to secure their approval 
  • Support in preparing analyses and key insights for the Board of Directors 
  • Run market and account segmentation to align GTM investments to the highest-propensity customers and largest TAM 
  • Set quotas and design and manage sales territories to maximize sales productivity and optimize client experience 
  • Forecast revenue using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies supported by effective process and systems 
  • Run commercial capacity modeling and headcount planning to align staffing to revenue objectives 
  • Design and automate reporting for Commercial leadership and the field to support day-to-day execution and improve efficiency 
  • Lead and support large and cross-functional initiatives including annual Commercial planning


Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or revenue operations (sales, marketing, customer success ops) at a fast-growing startup  
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills with experience building financial and operating models 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills: can turn data into insights and tell a story to an executive audience in a compelling manner 
  • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify business issues, propose solutions, and execute independently 
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership
  • SQL and PowerBI experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field

Bonus if:

  • Worked in healthcare or digital health 
  • Have experience with Salesforce.com and other GTM technology
