The Senior Digital Media Manager will support ZoomInfo’s GTM paid media initiatives for branded (upper funnel, awareness and consideration) initiatives and will evaluate potential and existing vendors and set up benchmarks, track spend, budgets and performance, and determine appropriate media mix. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assessing and integrating new paid media partners while exploring innovative go-to-market strategies to elevate the Zoominfo brand
  • Spearheading priority campaigns such as Co-pilot and Big Bets, demonstrating expertise in crafting and executing comprehensive branding media campaigns from inception to completion
  • Continuously generating fresh testing concepts, proficiently navigating testing parameters, benchmarks, and post-campaign analysis, and implementing insights to refine future strategies
  • Hands-on management of audience orchestration platforms, adeptly importing pertinent audience segments into ad-buying platforms to optimize targeting efficiency. Ex: Salesforce, Zoominfo for Sales/Marketing, Liveramp
  • Championing the holistic marketing approach across the full funnel, adeptly establishing, communicating, and optimizing KPIs and objectives
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM/ABX). Target and expose Zoominfo's existing and new customers on the account level based on ZI's ICP. Track individual and account performance and media touch
    • Collaborate with the ABX team as a consultant and bring ABX initiatives to market with a strong perspective and aim to methodically track the performance of key target accounts by establishing a framework for account-based marketing in paid media.
    • Translate business objectives into measurable account-based KPIs
    • Successfully manage ABX at scale to drive paid media results
  • Demonstrating the influence of branding on lower-funnel paid media efforts by collaborating closely with paid media channel managers to develop and reinforce branded and sequential messaging strategies
  • Mastery in managing paid media campaigns across diverse platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit, TikTok, Google, and others, proficiently setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
    • History and proven track record of building, activating, reporting on, and optimizing media campaigns within ad platforms
    • Knowledge of paid media KPIs and hands-on approach to tracking paid media goals in ad platforms and corporate website (via pixel conversion tracking). Knowledge of setting up conversion pixels in GTM
  • Exhibiting expertise in driving efficiency at scale and effectively monetizing the outcomes of upper-funnel paid media initiatives, complemented by exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities
  • Profound understanding of various tech stacks and customer journeys, strategically incorporating these insights into paid media planning and purchasing decisions
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Proven hands-on experience managing substantial budgets and driving tangible results for branding initiatives across diverse media channels
  • Strong analytical abilities with practical use of reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, etc
  • Demonstrated experience in managing branded efforts specifically within the realm of large B2B SaaS companies
  • Track record of consistently enhancing performance metrics for paid media campaigns while adhering to budgeting goals
    • Proven track record of managing budgets/goals across variety of motions (existing business, new business and prospecting and Account-based marketing)
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign strategies and results
  • Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit, TikTok, Google, and others directly within ad buying platforms. Hands-on knowledge and experience is required
  • In-depth knowledge of messaging, ad formats, testing methodologies, and industry best practices

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
