What you will do

  • Drive design and building ofinnovative and performant features into our next generation softwareapplications. Apply deep knowledge of computer science & programmingprinciples, combined with empirical professional experience into innovativesolutions.
  • Develop, integrate &document libraries and frameworks that allow us to effectively scaledevelopment on our applications across multiple projects as common services orcomponents, leveraged by multiple products, within scope, cost, time &quality constraints.
  • Build and track quality intoagile product lifecycle encompassing requirements, design, code, testing,delivery, support.
  • Enable and write clearmaintainable full-stack solutions that scale, adhere/improve/augment existingstandards, work in a professional software engineering environment (sourcecontrol, shortened release cycles, continuous integration and deployment, etc.).
  • Understand and socializecompany goals, metrics and align with team's technical goals.
  • Advise product owners and UXon what's feasible technically, partner in user requirements translation totechnical specifications. Participate in product planning sessions as technicalSME.
  • Support our products,identify and fix root causes of production incidents, own troubleshooting andresolution of production issues across teams.
  • Own product quality and workto quickly address production defects.
  • Embed a DevOps mentalitywithin the team.
  • Demonstrate and imbibedata-driven analysis and pragmatic decision making aligned with business andtechnology needs. Follow up on immediate needs with long term solutions asneeded.
  • Serve as a technical lead foryour team as needed or special purpose projects per business priority. Identify& own coaching opportunities.
  • Stay current with learningcurrent trends in technology and mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
  • Partner with architects,engineers, development managers, product managers, agile coaches across theengineering practice in an agile environment, with scrum implemented at scaleglobally.
  • Driver in continuousimprovement processes through metrics and feedback. Welcome change andcomplexity. Learn quickly and adapt fast. Be a change leader!

What you need

  • Bachelor's in computerscience or related discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of web development(C#, ASP.NET) experience
  • Experience working as or with UX designers to strike a balance between creating reusable component code and meeting accessibility and design consistency standards of the UX team.
  • Navigating and working within design software such as photoshop or Figma.
  • Data structures andalgorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, web programming,design patterns, SOLID principles
  • Experience with webdevelopment, C#, JS frameworks, UI/UX technologies
  • Experience with RESTservices, SOA, micro-services
  • Experience unit testing,mocking frameworks, automation frameworks
  • DevOps mindset and experiencein a mature CI/CD environment
  • Implementation of exceptionhandling, key event logging, and performance measurement,
  • Experience working in agilemethodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong communication,partnership, teamwork and influencing skills required

The pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
