About the Team

You will join a highly motivated, rapidly growing, and hard-working Go-to-Market Enablement team that takes pride in developing our GTM team's skills. Our primary objective is to improve productivity, helping teams accelerate sales cycles and deliver more value for our customers.
Everyone on our team is based in one of our physical hubs. We look for people who want to build culture within these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, working in the office at least 3 days a week.

About the Role

As the Technical & Compete Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and developing enablement programs to upskill our teams on key use cases & the competitive landscape. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, solution engineering, CS & marketing leadership to build programs to further support our GTM team’s understanding of key technical personas, their workflows & how Miro can achieve their outcomes.  The ideal candidate is strategic, has outstanding project management skills, willing to roll up their sleeves to learn new concepts, loves solving sophisticated problems and is not afraid to launch, test, and iterate in an ever-evolving environment. This is an individual contributor role and you will report into the Head of GTM enablement. This role is ideally based in Austin, Texas. 

What you’ll do

  • Assess current field technical knowledge to determine immediate areas of opportunity and define long-term program goals
  • Build and define our compete enablement strategy with input & buy-in from GTM leadership, Marketing & key company executives
  • Drive continuous learning, ensuring readiness through refreshers and additional certifications.
  • Design, build and deliver training programs for new product use cases
  • Facilitate & conduct trainings and build coaching materials for first line managers
  • Develop and optimize standardized templates and guides to improve the quality of customer conversations
  • Build and maintain key relationships with leaders across sales, marketing, CX, RevOps, solution engineering to ensure continuous program improvement & alignment

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years experience in technical or product enablement or Solution Engineering combined; experience in an enterprise sales role preferred but not required
  • Experience working on compete programs is not required, but a HUGE plus
  • Strong program management skills, implementing and leading training initiatives end-to-end
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships across the business
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, become an SME & teach others
  • Data analytics proficiencies, capable of interpreting and optimizing programs based on available data
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Force Management or MEDDPICC experience is a plus
