SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Provides operational and quality assurance support for the implementation and training of Treasury Management products and services. Products supported by Treasury Management could include:

  • ACH Services
  • Business Online Banking and Business Bill Pay
  • Lock Box
  • Remit
  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • Positive Pay
  • Payroll Card
  • Wire Transfer Services
  • Merchant Card
  • Smart Pay Express
  • International wires

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prepares and verifies client set up and maintenance documents for Treasury Management customers
  • Assist Sales Team in verifying customers current products.
  • Act as liaison between Treasury Management Sales and Implementations.
  • Advises internal and external clients of set up/revision requirements for Treasury Management services.
  • Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established Bank policies and procedures.
  • Provide Product Demos for customers as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling Training and onboarding calls.
  • Help verify pricing and billing setup.
  • Duties and responsibilities require judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Incumbent has frequent interbank contact with officers, employees, and customers.
  • Build relationship with clients so that when Sales is unavailable this position can assist with customer requests.
  • Basic support of products without the ability to make back office changes.
  • Contact outside the workgroup could be in person or by phone and written correspondence.
  • Physical effort is average, requiring the use of computer equipment for most of the workday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred) or associate degree and 3-5 years in Banking experience is required.
  • Treasury management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Requires excellent written communication, mathematical and general business knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality is required.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
  • Must be able to handle stress, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment under minimal supervision.
