As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with clients to configure and customize the Dayforce WFM system, conduct testing and quality assurance, provide training and support, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Facilitates backlog management, Agile ceremonies, and team support. Provides guidance on Agile practices, quality, and continuous improvement. Requires 1+ years of experience in Scrum Master role.
