As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Vice Presidents of Design at ARC’TERYX, you will provide exceptional administrative support, manage schedules and travel arrangements, develop presentation materials, and facilitate communication across functions. This role requires 3+ years of EA experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
