Position Summary & Responsibilities

McKesson is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator.

Customer/Account Maintenance - Daily account maintenance; Regulatory license validation and updates; Sales territory management and updates; inventory clean-ups, EDI set up, etc.

Issue research/resolution - internal BU's, account manager/field sales and escalated customer service; returns, EDI/CRRB issue resolution, etc.; Work closely with account managers/sales personnel and across the organization to ensure customer needs are met (within contractual agreements).

Account Manager/Field Sales Support - Assist in preparation of reports and presentations; some data analytics; Act as an information source on organizational policies and procedures.

SOPs - Establish, follow, and maintain standard operating procedures; Build strong internal relationships throughout the network to assist in reaching team's goals, deliverables, effective written & verbal communication, and removing potential obstacles; New account/store onboarding/opening orders.

Managerial - Company Perspective (Seeing the Big Picture); Planning and Organizing

Education & Minimum Requirements

  • Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • May have degree or equivalent.

Critical Skills

  • Analysis/Business acumen experience.
  • Technical aptitude (MS Office, including Excel, Access, Power Point; Business Objects, SAP, SFDC & snowflake).
  • Extracting data from McKesson and customer specific databases is a plus.
  • Process improvement is a plus.
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • Able to travel overnight 25% of the time.
  • Hybrid remote work environment - Irving, TX area.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$22.15 - $36.91
