Do you have passion for customer satisfaction and the skills to troubleshoot in a complex technical environment? We’re looking for someone who can quickly become an expert in delivering exceptional solutions that nurture customer retention, fosters technical growth in support, and improves product reliability. 

What will you be doing?

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the key technical point of contact for AvePoint enterprise customers. The TAM works in a consultative role to assist in the successful platform integrations and account management to provide existing customers with technical recommendations through the customer’s product operations lifecycle. In addition, the TAM will provide comprehensive guidance and support for accounts and cases which need sensitive technical care. 

 Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Leading as the technical account manager on enterprise level clients to coordinate support efforts and organize solution delivery. 
  • Maintaining customer technical account portfolio to provide technical guidance and recommendation 
  • Fulfilling onsite and remote workshops, consultancy, conception, delivery and training projects based on customer needs 
  • Managing long term engagements to support current and future needs of our customers  
  • Provide remote or onsite guidance on platform integration engagements for existing clients 
  • Becoming an expert in the features, benefits of our applications 
  • Aligning AvePoint’s product line to provide a comprehensive solution that satisfies the customer’s business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current certifications related to the M365 Platform  
  • Experience with API integrations and Power Automate  
  • Familiarity with versions of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, and SharePoint On-Prem is a plus 
  • Prior experience as a client-facing resource in a related technical area such as product implementation, technical support, consultancy, and/or solution architecture  

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science/Engineering/IT majors preferred)  
  • Excellent customer facing written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills 
  • Working experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration, configuration and deployment 
  • Working experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, configuration and deployment is a must 
  • Understanding of the differences between the solutions in the M365 Platform 
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
