* Job summary
* CDW is building teams that are growing service offerings to our customers. A successful Associate Consulting Engineer (ACE) will immerse in a close-knit group of technology leaders to collaborate with and master complex solutions to business requirements. You will hone your learning by partnering with skilled engineers that value your ideas and perspectives. The Program is a meaningful, industry-leading training program for people who have real passion for technology, an aptitude for problem solving, and a drive for customer dedication. Upon completion of the program, you will advance into an Engineer role on CDW's Adobe team where you will accelerate your career.
* What you will do
* Participate in a best-in-class training program while gaining valuable on-the-job skills. As an Associate Consulting Engineer (ACE), you will be actively involved in technical solving opportunities and assigned to meaningful projects that align to your skill set. Learn from top technology professionals as well as pursue certifications that are incorporated into the program. ACEs focusing on Adobe Solutions will partner with our lead consultants and engineers on the following:
* Take your collaboration to the next level by partnering with technical and business staff of customers following project implementation, leading towards more complex future engagements.
* Pre-Sales - listen and observe sales activities, understand the customer needs, ask appropriate questions. Provide in-depth technical expertise on specific platforms and applications supporting solution architecture.
* Planning - participate in kick off meetings. Communicate customer information and requirements with the project team. Review Statement of Work (SOW), validating scope and tactical project requirements.
* Design - read and contribute to design documents, as needed, to support development of customer solutions. Participate in joint technology design sessions, providing technical analysis on implementation sequencing.
* Implementation - perform assigned engagement activities as directed. Support the installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and applications based on design specification, client environment and solution topology, as needed. Consider platform interoperability, equipment/OS upgrades and updates necessary to meet agreed upon hardware standards and manufacturer/CDW standard methodologies.
* Operations - Participate in remediation for post incident reviews. Recognize opportunity for resolution and own what is needed to drive resolution, identify, and recommend support process improvements. Contribute to Collaboration team forums and provide feedback/questions to stimulate discussion, intellectual capital, and continuous process improvement. * What we expect of you
* Authorized to work for CDW in the United States; immigration sponsorship (H-1B, TN, etc.) is not currently available for this position.
* One of the Following:
* BA/BS including but not limited to concentration in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Systems/Computer Science, Engineering or other analytical field OR
* Associate Degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Systems/Computer Science, Engineering or related analytical- or technology-focused concentration plus 1 year of relevant practical experience OR
* 1 year relevant practical experience plus one or more applicable business analysis, project management, or technology related certifications (certifications to be in active standing)
* Experience working in and writing requirements for applications that use programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React, Java
* Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate organizational, time-management, problem solving and follow-up skills
* Demonstrate presentation and communication skills
* Experience with the Adobe Suite
* Valid U.S. driver's license
* Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is a plus
* Exposure to an Agile environment is a plus
* Business Analyst, gathering business requirements is a plus
* Project Management is a plus
* Scrum Master is a plus
* At least 1 year or equivalent experience in programming or scripting is a plus
* Experience in planning design, gathering requirements, mapping processes, coordinating with development teams and operational support to customers for advanced technologies and applications is a plus
* Salary range: $75,000 annually, depending on experience and skill set
* Annual Bonus Target: 5% of base salary, subject to terms and conditions of plan
