What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems supporting data compliance and overseas marketing workflows (Klaviyo preferred).
Rapidly translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine system architectures, ensuring reliability and performance.
Continuously optimize production systems, quickly identifying and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.
Leverage AWS cloud services to enhance system scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
3+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
Solid understanding of backend frameworks, development tools, and version control systems.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS) and cloud-based architectures.
Ability to design and implement technical solutions based on system architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Klaviyo or multi-region backend development.
Background in data compliance and overseas marketing-related backend systems.
Proven track record of optimizing and maintaining high-availability production systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate across engineering and business teams.
Passionate about AI and emerging technologies, eager to explore and implement innovative solutions.
