Director, Talent Acquisition Operations

Our Director, Talent Acquisition Operations will be accountable for the governance and execution of recruitment projects and programs globally. This role requires exceptional team collaboration and will be responsible for delivering in alignment with Coca-Cola's overall talent strategy. What You'll Do

• Drive and execute the planning and implementation of recruiting programs aligned to Coca-Cola's business needs, driving simplicity and a hiring process that results in the optimal talent hired - while partnering with Talent Attraction, Reporting & Compliance and Contingent Workforce Leads.

• Ensure best-in-class, equitable recruitment experiences and shape future direction of recruitment technology and processes aligned to Talent Acquisition strategy; focus on building proactive and nimble recruitment processes and technology based on innovative insights from the market

• Ensure consistency across all platforms by aligning to global process with local considerations.

• Determine key stakeholder training needs and build, in conjunction with partners, robust reference documents to ensure exceptional and sustainable service across processes and regions.

• Responsible for the definition, negotiation and maintenance of Service Level Agreements considering requirements and expectations from key internal customers.

• Main of point of contact for customer/business escalation of issues related to Talent Acquisition processes driving timely resolution and root cause analysis to minimize reoccurrence.

• Utilize data analytics to drive performance, recommendations, and efficiencies in the recruitment process

• Ensure alignment to both compliance goals and local legislation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Seven (7) year+ recruitment or HR project management experience ideally in a complex global environment; experience collaborating across multiple countries is preferred

• Significant experience influencing leaders across various disciplines, functions, and geographies

• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and scale analytics to drive decisions and performance

• Ability to apply business acumen and drive operational excellence while anticipating and adapting to changing needs of the business and/or changes in labor industry trends

• Working knowledge of recruitment compliance

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, required
