About the role:

Camber Health is hiring an Enterprise Growth Associate that will work directly with cofounders. This role will require a high level of entrepreneurial energy and intensity, targeted at early-career individuals excited to be a founding members of the Enterprise Growth team.

This role involves reaching out directly to C-suite level prospects via targeted, high-acumen messaging to generate top of funnel demand, particularly in new verticals and for new product launches. Enterprise Growth Associates are expected to be thought partners with cofounders to inform strategy and execution of the outbound motion. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about how new technology is fundamentally changing healthcare delivery and fearless about spreading the word.

What you'll do:
  • Outreach: Making a high volume of high quality outbound outreach (including 100s of calls, LinkedIn, and emails a week) to engage C-suite prospects and book demos.

  • Lead Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Camber Health's solution.

  • Relationship Building: Building rapport with prospects and addressing initial objections.

  • Goal Achievement: Meeting weekly goals for demo bookings and lead generation.

  • Strategy: Meeting with cofounders to share learnings, pivot strategy, and adjust execution — often on a day-to-day basis.

  • Passion for Tech in Healthcare: Enthusiasm for the vision of what technology can accomplish in healthcare today, and translation of that passion to top-of-funnel growth.

  • Sharp Thinking and Communication: Strong aptitude, ability to ramp new knowledge extremely quickly, and communicate that subject matter expertise with high credibility.

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to go above and beyond and hustle to achieve goals.

  • Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
