Satcom Direct Brazil is looking for a proactive, organized, and results driven Inside Sales Representative professional. This position requires someone who can effectively manage the sales cycle, in addition to providing support to clients and the commercial team.

You will assist the commercial department throughout Latin America

COME ON BOARD THE SATCOM DIRECT BRAZIL COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS TEAM!

How will you make a difference?

  • Handle phone calls and direct contacts
  • Update customer records and commercial documents
  • Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and deactivation forms
  • Support the sales team in following up on leads via email
  • Assist with the organization and updating of price lists, presentations, and sales reports
  • Support the Marketing team with commercial demands
  • Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by opening and closing leads/opportunities
  • Stay up to date on products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and advertising and promotion trends
  • Save documents and proposals in the client's folder
  • When necessary, accompany the commercial team to events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, commercial analysis, or back office
  • Must be located in or near São Paulo, Brazil with fluency in Portuguese
  • Fluency in English or Spanish needed
  • Must already be eligible to legally work in Brazil

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM

Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience

  • Experience in the aviation or satellite communications field is desired but not required
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
