Job Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or test engineering environment (automotive preferred)
  • Basic understanding of machining processes (turning, milling, press-fitting) and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret 3D CAD models
  • Proficient in data analysis, root cause investigation, and process troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of quality systems and tools (e.g., SPC, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP)Strong problem-solving and project management skills
